We always do our best to ensure that our Herbalistas products meet high standards and deliver satisfaction. However, for any unwanted items, we ask that they be returned within 30 days, with their packaging unopened and in the same condition in which you received them. Once opened, all products are non-returnable unless faulty. We will reimburse postage for any quality-related issues.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@herbalistas.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within 30 days.
