SHOPPING

How much does shipping cost?

We currently ship to the UK and Ireland. We charge a flat fee of £1.99 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we don't currently ship internationally - but if you have a request, please drop us a message on Instagram @herbalistastea or via the contact form, as this will help us with future planning.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer credit and debit card payment options, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Can I return something if I don't like it?

We always do our best to ensure that our Herbalistas products meet high standards and deliver satisfaction. However, for any unwanted items, we ask that they be returned with their packaging unopened and in the same condition in which you received them. Once opened, all products are non-returnable unless faulty. We will reimburse postage for any quality-related issues.

Do you offer subscriptions?

We don’t currently offer subscriptions, but we’re always looking for ways to deliver extra happiness to our Herbalistas community. Please email us if you want us to introduce a subscribe and save option.

Herbalistas herbal teas are sourced from trusted growers and suppliers from countries all over the world. Our team works with growers directly, so we always know exactly where and how our herbs were grown, ensuring that only the finest, ethically sourced ingredients are used in our all-natural blends.

Are Herbalistas herbal teas organic?

Herbalistas herbal teas are not Certified Organic. However, we take great care to source our ingredients from organic farms wherever possible and always know who our growers are. This ensures high-quality, great-tasting ingredients and assurance of ethical and sustainable growing practices.

Are Herbalistas herbal teas packaged in eco-friendly materials?

Yes. Herbalistas is committed to sustainability, so we use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible to minimise impact on our precious planet.

Do Herbalistas offer caffeine-free herbal teas?

Most of our Herbalistas range, except for Zen Time, are caffeine-free, providing a soothing option for those looking to unwind without the stimulation of caffeine. Zen Time offers a lightly caffeinated blend to help ignite your creativity and sharpen your focus.

How do I brew the perfect cup of Herbalistas herbal tea?

What makes the perfect cup of Herbalistas is up to you. We pack more herbs into the bags than most to give you more flavour from each cup. So, just add freshly boiled water and brew to your liking. After one minute, you'll have a gentle, lighter-tasting brew, or simply leave the bag in for a fuller botanical flavour.
