These teas are the best I have tried full of flavour opted for no caffeine flavours .

More concentration and better mood

This tea has been a great addition! With the L-theanine and Ashwagandha, it's helped enhance my ability to concentrate more and complete my work. I was not expecting this when I first started taking it but noticed I was concentrating a lot which is a first for me. I'll definitely be ordering more.

Great pick me up and mood enhancer? especially in the afternoons with the L-theanine and Ashwaghanda ingredients, amongst others. Delicious refreshing apple and cinnamon taste. Super product and much needed addition to tea choices on the market.
